Just had a go on one of the Pokémon Paradise minigames. In this one, you control Starmie as it drops down into the depths of the ocean, collecting chests as you go, avoiding Chinchou and other obstacles.

There are two types of missions

Standard missions can be obtained at the board by Azumarill. This can be played in normal mode or in friend mode. Some legends will come through this one.
Special missions are only available in Friend Mode. These can be played with friends locally and feature you being pitted against various Pokémon. I believe that battles such as the ones seen against Zekrom and Reshiram are found here. Pokémon cannot be recruited but EXP is gained.

Completion of the missions give you various items and increase the popularity of your Pokémon Paradise

TMs are found primarily within Magnagate dungeons and will be sent to your box with all the other items you obtain in said dungeon

Still trying to do the 99 floor dungeons. Have always hated these.

After that, and them being catalogued, I'll be doing items and the Pokémon Paradise page then should be done.

Is there anything else you guys wish me to cover? Let me know

After you have defeated the legendary Pokémon in the special missions, a new mission may appear with them in. This time though, they are even stronger than before...and they are shiny!

Also, the dungeons you may go to randomly in the middle of one can include Magnagate dungeons. I just entered one, not listed on the standard dungeon lists, which had Snivy in it so they aren't DLC exclusive. Will look into it and try to catalogue

As expected, Meloetta's Musical Paradise allows you to play through all of the music, akin to the Sky Jukebox in Explorers of Sky

Got Kyurem in the special missions. Heard through 2ch that B/W Kyurem are also battleable here. Gotta say, though, I hate that they have Dragon Tail. Massive pain in the butt...I run out of Revive Seeds so quickly

Had a few questions about the shiny Pokémon as Reshiram and Zekrom aren't available as shiny in BW. I have yet to see them shiny in this game, just Ho-Oh and Lugia thus far

We finally have the 144th Pokémon (we've only had 143 listed).

It's Meloetta. After you have created the Musical Paradise, when you chat to her, she will offer to join your squad. She's Level 15 and you can select the form you use when you enter dungeons

Just in case any of you follow these things, this game sold 121,480 units (not counting eShop downloads or download cards) in the first 3 days. Compared to the first four days for the others

[GBA] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team (Pokemon Co.) - 121,194
[NDS] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team (Pokemon Co.) - 134,776
[NDS] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time / Darkness (Pokemon Co.) - 583,713
[NDS] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky (Pokemon Co.) - 142,264

    Thanks to NeoGAF

    From Coronis

The evolutionary items are really limited to the Beartic minigame. There is confirmation that the Thunderstone has been found there, and since I have seen the Sun/Moon Hearts, it pretty much supports the claim. Seems like it will only be the reward at the 2500 point target though. These prizes reset everytime you finish a dungeon/mission/quest.

As for the evolve by happiness thing, the Pokemon must stay on your active team for some time (I evolved by Woobat simply by going through several very easy quests in and out, in and out. Takes about 6-7 dungeon missions to get it to enough happiness). When you check on your Pokemon's status screen (the second page), a faint line written in brown on the bottom will indicate that it is ready to evolve. This line happened in several circumstances which I tested:
    1) If your Pokemon has levelled up beyond its evolution level but you choose to withhold its evolution
    2) As in 'evolve by happiness' cases, when the happiness is achieved
    3) In Piloswine's case, if it relearns Ancient Power, this line appears too, and it will evolve into Mamoswine when you level it up again
