What really annoys you in Pokemon. For me it was trying to beat Elesa in White. Volt switch, volt switch, volt switch etc.

Magikarp used splash! It's a one-hit KO!
Volt Switch wasn't a problem to me, since I had a Servine. But, I really don't have anything that annoys me, well not at this very moment.
Pesky forum trolls
The worst?
Removing features. Especially good ones.
It makes me scared they'll take out the repel thing in the next games.
The fanbase annoys me.
Pokémon has one of the worsts ever.
It is you, it is you, it is all for you.
How you can't have a pokemon that has the same held item.

As I've said before, evil-looking Pokémon being portrayed as goody-goody-misunderstood wusses. Pokémon are usually shown to be just as smart as humans, if not smarter, and they have a clear sense of morality, so how come the likes of Deoxys, Darkrai and Genesect don't think to themselves, realise they have power unlike most other Pokémon and humans, and decide they want to show the world who's top of the food chain?!
My thought exactly. Sure the features I missed were pretty unnecessary ones, but I liked them. I loved running around with a Pokemon following me, they seem much less like a tool when they did that.
EDIT:Another thing, when I don't have a Pokemon game that looks really cool >_< I ain't waiting for December to get Pokedex 3D Pro, the quizzes and AR viewer actually look fun to me.

Critical hits, double team, the show, and most of the dialog in pokemon games. I know they market it towards kids but come on, almost makes me embarrassed I still play the games. Almost.
In the newer games, when you're cycling and can't get through a exit/entrance in one step - unless you press the directional buttons really softly
Wow, you actually liked being halfway through Cerulean Cave/Unknown Dungeon/Mewtwo's Lair/Whateveritscalled, finding a Max Elixir, trying to get it, only to be told "lolnope your bag is too full" and having to lose all your progress to empty your bag just to get the item?!
