You mean the defense drop that never happened before or after?

Talking about forgetting moves reminds me of Volt Tackle.

You will never be forgotten, Volt Tackle.

theres no proof of that. could use stone edge early in the battle, then lose it when it learns aerial ace

I don't see why people made a big deal about VT being replaced. It find Electro Ball a more useful move anyway.

In the game maybe. In the anime it's Thunderbolt..

Kingler, my friend. No matter what, you will always remain my favourite Water type. You shouldn't have missed out on the Sinnoh League and I look forward to seeing you again, hopefully in the near future.

There you are, I see you in the back there!

So? Pikachu doesn't have the most consistent endurance in the world. It didn't need 3 close range moves. Before it had QA, VT, and Iron Tail...with Thunderbolt as it's only long range move. At least now it's balanced.

I have checked old videos of Pokemon Battles where a Pokemon uses Bite or Crunch, and there's something strange in it. In most of the times, it's not shown how the Pokemon "bites" the opponent. As you know, in the anime is really hard to see a Pokemon using a Ground Type attacks that involves quaking the earth; mainly because in Japan earthquakes are really common and destructives.

I think something similar happens with Bite and Crunch. I mean, in reality, if a tiny animal bites you (like a crocodile baby) that's not a big deal. But instead, if a big and dangerous animal like an adult crocodile bites you, that can be very unpleasant. So, maybe they are erasing Krookodile's Crunch because is more unpleasant to see it now; since as a Sandile, his teeth was more "inoffensive" than now, when he's an ferocious Krookodile. And the animators probably don't want any "violent biting scenes", like in the first movie, when Charizardtwo bit Ash's Charizard in the neck.

However, I still find as a nonsense to make a Dark Type Pokemon not having any Dark Type move. As far as I see, they will have to replace Aerial Ace in the future for another move; I bet for Dark Pulse. So, what do you think of this?
Krookodile will learns Aerial Ace, saw the preview for it..LOL, looks hilarious/ a bit cool, imagine that, a huge crocodile flying in the air xD helps against fight & bug types, guessing that move will defeat Sawk? at least its effect unlike in Sinnoh when Quilava learned Aerial Ace (that was a complete waist). so then Unfezant would have to forget Aerial Ace...getting tired of seeing all of Ash's bird pokemon have that move anyways.

i swear this region has had Ash teaching his new pokemon learn a new move, to have the other pokemon forget it, being strong moves at that. except for Palpitoad still having Hydro pump.

Dark Pulse, is an awesome move! out of Scraggy & Krookodile, it'd fit Krok more, considering Scraggy already has a ball special attack(focus blast)...then again Krok already has Stone Edge, which is its distance move, Crunch is really not looking at that great, any other Dark move would look better.
what about Foul Play? no idea how would look on screen, but it deals 95Att. more then DarkPulse...

i feel Krok should have Dig replaced, if u remember it using it when it evolved, it wasnt as fast digging in to the ground as when it was a Krokorok

I think dig should be kept, it's still a pretty reliable move. I like the inclusion of Aerial Ace, it's unexpected on something like a Krookodile.

yeah i just saw the preview, looks hilarious, but awesome, i like the idea now, idk i feel that Aerial Ace/ Dig are kind of the same move for Krok, in the way that they move strike at the opponent somewhat fast and surprisingly...but guess we'll just have to wait to see it this thursday. im sure thats all that will be revealed till then...

After seeing the preview, I can't wait to see how Krookodile pulls off the rest of Aerial Ace.

I like how he's turning around mid-air like a plane. A ground Pokemon off all things.

Though, it's more than a little obvious now that Sawk turns the battle against Leavanny around somehow.

Except this time the battle will actually be shown in full, instead of cut-off for TR nonsense.
