Mods, if this thread becomes popular enough, mind making it the "Official" Comicbook Tread?

Lately my taste in Japanese media has been dying (bar video games) so I brought it up while taking to my friend. She said her taste in it has died too but she has filled the void with an interest in American comics. I took her advice and went to my local comic shop and reinvigorated my love for comic books which has caused me to make this thread. Anyways, here are    Spoiler:- Da Rules:

1. all standard forum and entertainment section rules

2. no versus arguments like DC vs. Marvel or Deadpool vs. Carnage, personal preference is fine but don't go overboard

3. discussion about foreign comics like Tintin and the Smurfs is fine however this forum has an entire section devoted to Japanese comics so no talking about those (though bringing up a non-Japanese comic that got a Japanese adaption is legal)

4. no fan art

5. newspaper comics are fine

6. discussion about adaptions (old and new) is fine but don't go too deep into them, if wish to; make your own tread about the show, movie, or video game

7. no posting illegal streams or scans

8. play nice and have fun
