All your favorite starters from each gen

[Plus side down side]

Gen 1: Bulbasaur. Ivysaur is one of my all-time favorite Pokemon. My favorite starter overall.
Gen 2: I love my Typhlosion so much. Even though I don't particularly like the species, I love my Typhlosion.
Gen 3: Probably Torchic. Blaziken is pretty awesome, and plus, Torchic is just so cute!
Gen 4: Piplup. It's the one that I chose, and I really liked it, even if Empoleon is sort of weird looking.
Gen 5: Snivy. Everything about it is just so cool! I love it's design and I love Serperior.

Kanto: Charmander, I loved his line as a kid and thought he was the coolest for a long time. Please don't judge me...
Johto: Totodile, though I fluctuated between all three at one point in time.
Hoenn: Torchic
Sinnoh: Probably the hardest for me since I love the design and concept choices for all three. I think I'll give the slight edge to Turtwig though.
Unova: Oshawott, probably a bit odd since I liked Snivy more at first, but I grew to love it more as time went on. As soon as I picked it, trained it, and it evolved into both Dewott and Samurott, I was hooked (though I'm probably one of the few oddballs since I liked Samurott as soon as it came out XD).
