Hammer arm and Flame charge don't mix and Wild charge gives you more coverage. pick either Hammer arm and Earthquake for power or Brick break and Flame charge for speed.

Lucario~Inner Focus

-Shadow ball
-Extreme Speed

Shadow ball+Close combat/Aura sphere gives you perfect coverage nothing else to add.

Magnezone~Sturdy
-Thunderbolt
-Flash Cannon
-Thunder wave
-Signal beam/Thunder

Thunder wave is better for Paralysis and Signal beam is for coverage. Thunder is for a 2rd electic stab if you can't get the Shards for signal beam.

Starmie~Natural Cure

-Thunderbolt

Better coverage and still retains its transport use.

Vanilluxe~Ice Body
-Ice Beam
-Blizzard
-Hail
-Sheer Cold

Aweful pokemon use something else. Any other Ice type has this thing beat and is way better then it(except its pre-evolutions.)

Flygon~Levitate
-Dragon Claw
-Fire punch
-Fly
-Earthquake

Just a better attack then Dragon tail for Flygon. Flygon isn't really bulky and Fire punch combined with Dragon claw and Earthquake give you perfect coverage.

I'm not to familiar with the wild pokemon in B2W2 but anything beats the Ice cream cones I would rather use Dunsparse(who is a complete gimic) over this thing. Delibird is a better Ice type despite taking 4x damage to stealth rocks because it has access to hustle Focus punch(from 3rd/4th gen) Aerial ace and its flying type allows it to come in Spikes/Toxic spike and use Rapid spin(and I still wouldn't use Delibird if I had other option so I recommend you pick something else.)

A grass type would work well since you don't have any.

-Giga drain/U-turn

Either make it Subseed stall and attack or use Leech seed, Light screen, Tail wind and then U-turn to pass the healing, the Light screen and the Tail wind to another pokemon.
