Floatzel is a classic case where a bad movepool ruins it's potential. Well, at least it is not Delibird.

Aqua Jet for spamming

Ice Punch for flyers....not that theyre common anyway....

Brick Break for Tyranitar

Pursuit for switchers.........Even though Floatzel will never force a switch.

Counters:
Basically anything that can out-priority it, basically, since that is what makes it decent.

Brave nature, on a very fast pokemon. Run adamant,so you don't lose any precious speed
