Agility won't be that useful in-game, especially on something like a Skarmory. I suggest replacing it with Rock Slide instead.

Flamethrower is a better move than EQ for an electric type, as it covers more types.

    Skarmory:
Rock Slide (for reasons mentioned by Shine)
    Steel Wing
    Fly (useful )
    Night Slash

    Kingdra:
    Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
    Surf
    Rain Dance
    Ice beam

    Gallade:
    Night Slash
    Psycho Cut
    Leaf Blade
    Brick Break/Close Combat

    Magmortar:
    Thunderbolt
    Focus Blast
    Substitute/HP Grass

    Flamethrower

    Unresisted coverage right here.

I see you lack a Fire type. Since you basically have good coverage for your team, the Fire type is mainly filler. Maybe use your starter? :P

To add onto azeem's rate, go with Brick Break > Low Kick on Electivire for more power.

Rain Dance on Kingdra isn't a brilliant idea as it doesn't help Magmortar and Electivire (due to Flamethrower), so you might want to replace it with, er, Signal Beam, I guess.

Night Slash doesn't do much for Skarmory. Go with Swords Dance instead.

Xerneas, the Midgard Pokemon. Xerneas's branch-like horns are reminiscent of those
of the tree it guards. Its mighty horns contain jewels of dazzling colours. It chomps at
upper branches by craning its neck toward the sky. Xerneas protects the horizontal world.

Thunderpunch > Thunderbolt and Earthquake > Flamethrower on Electivire. If you haven't noticed azeem , that set hits 13 / 17 Types for SE damage.

Ummm , Swords Dance > Leaf Blade on Gallade , you get straightforward coverage anyways.
