Azumarill doesn't have much other useful options. Should have given Lucario Close Combat/Extremespeed/Bullet Punch/Swords Dance.

Ice Punch is a good move for both Lucario and Azumarill and Ice Punch helps them counter the types they tend to have the most trouble with. For Lucario, Ice Punch lets it hit Ground-types (Bullet Punch isn't that brilliant since Lucario is reasonably fast anyway, and really you don't need both Bullet Punch and Extremespeed on Luc; Extremespeed is the better of those two moves), whereas for Azumarill Ice Punch is used against Grass-types. There's no point in running both Waterfall and Aqua Jet; when taking into account the Huge Power boost, Aqua Jet is a powerful move with priority, so there's no point in also using Waterfall since Aqua Jet is powerful enough tbh.I put Ice Punch on Lucario so I'm a little hesitant to put in on Azumarril too.
