Description: Eris Rue is 6 ft 1 in height and only 176lbs. She has bright green eyes and long blond hair, which grows all the way to her armpits. She often wears standard reading glasses as well. She wears a dark green coat over her body with dark blue jeans. She also wears dark green heals on her feet. Lastly is a jade ring that tips her finger.

Jade is her pet Tapir. She is similar to the tapir that Izu Miramoto (Learn More: http://www.serebiiforums.com/showthr...ht=Teen+Titans) and Lesley Pastel carried, Except this one has a bright green gem.

Eris and Jade's combined form, Mirage, is taller than the others, and less bulky as well. She has the longest trunk of the three, being able to stretch to an entire yard. Her arms are a bit longer than Detour's but shorter than Headaches. Her waste is smaller than both Detours and Headaches. Her claws are also shorter than the other two. Her bottom half, a deep blackish-green, has longer legs than the other two, and a long tail. Her upper half is a light green, like her tapir's jewel.


Personality: Eris is somewhat sly and intelligent. She is pretty good at working technology, albeit not as good as a lot of the other characters in the RP. However, she is kind of a brat, and doesn't like not getting her way. She isn't exactly evil, so much as she will do what ever it takes to get what she wants, and she's not as remorseful as some may be.

Jade is somewhat altered to act to Eris' desires. Eris had trained Jade to be dumber than the other magic tapirs, which lessened Jade's power over Eris when the two combine. This allows Mirage to do nefarious acts without Jade trying to stop her.

Background/History: Eris had always been fascinated by the unidentified, and always liked reading about ancient creatures. Every time she hears about creatures she's never seen before, she's off to the library to read up on it. But often times, she hears about newly discovered creatures, and that gets her mind fired up. That's why she spent a lot of her life studying to find out about more and more new animals.

Eris spent a lot of her later life as a scientist. She specialized in studying unidentified creatures, including those that show up recently. Often times, she would get many different creatures in her lab, but a lot of times it was nothing special. Still, she did occasionally get specimens that interested her, like a thylacine or other creatures thought to be extinct. But still, she was waiting to find something that wowed her.

...Then one day, she received Jade, a strange miniature tapir with a bright green gem on her forehead. Eris spent a good amount of time studying the tapir and its gem. Deep down, she assumed it was a hoax. And because of this, she tried to pull the creatures gem off. ...But when she did, that's when she found out about the creatures power.

The two combined with each other, and they became Mirage. Eris spent a lot of time playing with her new-found powers, and she couldn't believe her eyes. What she imagined appeared in front of her, and it amazed her to no end. ...In fact, it made her feel powerful.

Eris thought she had hit a power-strike when she found Jade. In actuality, the animals brought to the lab were not hers to keep, but she managed to smuggle Jade out of the office, and out into the open. When Eris thought about it, Jade gave her the ability to give her things she wanted through trickery and illusions. She even tried one day to steal a coat from a fashion store by staying outside in the alley and using her powers near by to take the coat.

...But Jade did not approve, and shocked Eris out of it until they eventually un-merged. Eris noticed that when she tried to talk to Jade, Jade tried to run away, which told Eris that Jade refused to go with it. There was much about Jade and the Baku form Eris didn't know, but she tried her hardest to find out as much as possible.

During her studies, she caught wind of another magic tapir belonging to a member of the Teen Titans. Except this tapir had a pink gem, and different powers. To this day, Eris kept searching for more answers on to what these creatures were, and in her mind, she wished to collect more and more data on these tapirs. However, she always kept the feeling that her tapir was the strongest of all.

Superpower(s)/Special Abilities/Etc: Besides the ability to combine and turn into a Baku, Mirage has the ability to create illusions with her mind. Whatever she imagines can appear in front of her. Say, if she thinks of a giant monster, she can make it appear. In addition, if thought about hard enough, she can even make these creatures come to life. This can give her a tactical edge in battle.

Ok Codi your character is definitely fine now that I've finally read it.

Mug your character is also fine, except that you use Iris in one spot, but that's easy to edit right? Second thing is you didn't fill in what her role in the Villain community is. Please fill that in, even if it's just to say that she is a solo do-bad that never plans to join up with the villains proper. It's important to know affiliations.

On second thought, I feel there's a more efficient method to find out who is still active in the RP and who isn't, as opposed to VMing everyone.

I did a check and looked back at all the people who haven't posted at least once in the last three weeks. To me, if they haven't posted for three weeks, they're just not active enough to really have that much of a bearing on how events turn out. After checking, I came up with the following people:

Also, I plan on listing out the different varieties of magic tapir in the RP, like one with Telepathy, one with mind reading, one that can tell the future, one that can warp its surroundings, and any other mind-based abilities I can think of. I do NOT plan to use them in the RP, though.

Also I think it stands mentioning that making stuff into reality is a little like Shade, so keep it to reasonable stuff ok? I kinda don't wanna see you making a gigantic pastry then making it real and having it collapse on people, or like a 50 foot ugly monster and bring that to life. We had to kill Shade off for making something from nothing, among other things.

Description:

A relatively tall young man, standing at about 5’10”. Wears the same duster as in the pic but with a black vest and dark blue shirt underneath. He also wears a pair of black jeans and black steel-toed boots. He also has a short scraggly beard and short spiky black hair which he wears a black Akubra hat over. If one was to look close enough, you can see a cigarette case in the inside pocket of his jacket. He also carries an old-style Colt .45 in a shoulder holster on his right side and a jutte tied onto his belt.

Personality: Chris, at first glance, can seen as a bumbling fool. However, he can be very crafty when it comes to overcoming obstacles. He is also a very emotional person often crying in emotional situations. When he researched the elusive cryptids in the few years past, he lost track of everything around him and only focused on his research. Whenever he went to go track their whereabouts, his preoccupation with finding them would let his subconscious tap in and allow him to perform superhuman feats. He has also picked up the bad habit of smoking after certain events transpired.

Background/History: Ever since he first saw what was supposed to be the cryptid known as Bigfoot on TV, Chris has had a strong passion for researching other creatures like Bigfoot. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Biology, specifically the zoology field, Chris began researching into the field of cryptozoology and found others with the same convictions as him. They formed a team and set up a home base in Jump City. The group would then traverse the world in search of clues to the existence of the creatures called “cryptids.”

A short time before “The Apocalypse” event, Chris and his team stumbled across a strange meteorite that looked to be related to some of the cryptids that they were researching. They took it back to their lab to analyse. However, a few days afterwards, some members of the group had seemingly gone mad and wanted to keep the stone for themselves. Eventually, all but Chris had succumbed to the madness that the stone had caused. The group eventually wiped each other out leaving only Chris alive in the aftermath. Before leaving their home base for good, Chris broke the stone into three pieces and had 3 of his most trusted contacts in the world take one piece and keep it hidden away.

After “The Apocalypse Event”, Chris went into hiding from the tyrannical rule of Shade. The only times he came out were to gather food and water. Eventually, one day when he went out to gather supplies he was met by members of the resistance group, The Renegades, and they offered him a place in their group. He gladly accepted and eventually rose up their military ranks to Captain and their Chief Researcher.

Superpower(s)/Special Abilities/Etc: Whenever his mind is preoccupied on a certain goal, his subconscious allows him to preform superhuman physical feats such as increased strength, increased jumping power and increased running speed. He is also very well versed in both Karate and Judo. Since he has no true super powers as of yet, he uses his Colt .45 Pistol mostly, with which he is a very good shot, and a jutte, a special weapon that was used against those that used swords but it also has a hidden dagger in the handle.

Or you'd have to give links to a wiki each time you use one, which would be required in this case.

Sam all I ask is you play fair with the powers. Yes I have read your story and the dad of Kota supposed to be a great wizard, but please try to be fair with what you do. Other than that, go nuts. You don't need a form for these two unless you plan to separate them from Kota at some point. If they're always going to be traveling with him, then no need for a form.
