    Default Rate my team? c:

This is a proposed team so none of the pokemon have actually been caught yet; so anything here could be changed c: I also need advice on which items to use, so any help there? :3

So, I've edited my team. Anything else I need to change? I can't change Chandy's EVs, Nature or Ability (I've already started training) but all other Pokemon can be changed.

    Altaria @ Leftovers
    Jolly, Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 Defence/252 Special Defence/4 HP
    ~ Cotton Guard
    ~ Dragon Dance
    ~ Dragon Claw
    ~ Earthquake

    Hydregion @ Shell Bell
    Hasty, Levitate
    EVs: 168 Attack/168 Special Attack/168 Speed/4 Defence
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Dragon Pulse
    ~ Flamethrower
    ~ Surf

    Chandelure @ Undecided
    Modest, Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Special Attack/252 Speed
    ~ Flamethrower
    ~ Energy Ball
    ~ Shadow Ball
    ~ Calm Mind

    Mienshao @ Undecided
    Jolly, Regenerator
    EVs: 252 Attack/4 HP/252 Speed
    ~ Aura Sphere
    ~ Brick Break
    ~ U-Turn
    ~ Stone Edge

Braviary @ Life Orb (this works well with Sheer Force)
    Adamant, Sheer Force
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Attack/4 Speed
    ~ Fly
    ~ Rock Slide
    ~ Superpower
    ~ Return

    Cobalion @ Undecided
    Impish, Justified
    EVs: 4 Attack/252 Defence/252 Speed
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sacred Sword
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Iron Head

    Altaria
    Jolly Nature
    ~Dragon Dance
    ~Dragon Claw
    ~Earthquake
    ~Aerial Ace

There's no point in the Attack boost from DD if its only attacking move is Dragon Pulse.

    Hydreigon
    Hasty Nature
    ~Crunch
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Flamethrower
    ~Surf

That is a better Mixed Hydreigon set.

    Chandelure
    Modest Nature
    ~Flamethrower
    ~Energy Ball
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~Calm Mind/Psychic

Why bother with Mild when Modest is better (besides, Mild is usually used for Mixed sets, and Chandelure is a fully special-based Pokemon)
With Chandy's power, Flamethrower is enough, no need for Inferno (Inferno has low accuracy anyway)
Sunny Day + Solarbeam takes too long for a frail and not so fast Pokemon like Chandy, and the last 4 EVs should be in HP, not in Attack which it absolutely doesn't need.

Mienshao wants Hi Jump Kick/Brick Break over Focus Blast, and U-Turn over Low Sweep.

Braviary wants Rock Slide over Giga Impact. All moves with charging turn like Giga Impact are bad. And not just that, Rock Slide is better because it is boosted by Sheer Force.

    Braviary
    Adamant
    Defiant
    252 Atk / 252 HP
    -Fly
    -Brave Bird
    -Return
    -Superpower

Return is more powerful and accurate than Crush Claw, even after Sheer Force. Fly is a two-turn move, and is pretty inefficient, so use Brave Bird for more immediate power. Superpower hits Rock, Ice and Steel types. Brave Bird+Superpower are only resisted by 3 pokemon in the game and two are legendaries you'll never battle.

    Cobalion
    Adamant
    Justified
    252 Spd /252 HP
    -Swords Dance
    -Sacred Sword
    -Rock Slide
    -Iron Head

Cobalion's defence is awesome, so it doesn't really need any investment. Rock Slide and Iron Head are really the only other physical moves worth using.

Leftovers are the best items in-game. Focus Sash could be good on a squishy Pokémon like Mienshao too. Air Balloon on Chandelure could be good against Ground-type attacks. But other than that: Choice items/Life Orb aren't that good in-game as in competitive, but they can still do a good job.

Life Orb is fine for in-game.

For in-game purpose, Choice item should be put only on Pokemon whose moves are all attacking moves, without any stat-up move or support move.

    Altaria @ Leftovers
    Jolly, Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 Defence/252 Special Defence/4 HP
    ~ Cotton Guard
    ~ Dragon Dance/Roost
    ~ Dragon Pulse
    ~ Toxic
Much much better for stalling an opponent out. DD is useless anyway if your only attacking move is Dragon Pulse

    Hydregion @ Expert Belt/Shell Bell/Draco Plate/Life Orb etc
    Hasty, Levitate
    EVs: 168 Attack/168 Special Attack/168 Speed/4 Defence
~ Dragon Rush/ANYTHING. Crunch, Dragon Pulse, Superpower, anything. Dragon Rush is not accurate enough to be a decent move.
    ~ Fire Blast
    ~ Draco Meteor
    ~ Earthquake

    Chandelure @ Undecided
    Mild, Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 Attack/252 Special Attack/252 Speed
    ~ Will O Wisp/Shadow Ball
    ~ Inferno/Flamethrower/Fire Blast
    ~ Sunny Day/Calm Mind
    ~ Solar Beam/Energy Ball

With that nature and EV spread, using status moves on a Chandelure is not that good. You're not supposed to take many hits. One single Calm Mind will make your Fire type moves hit 1.5x harder and your Energy ball have an effective base power of 120 (so, same power as Sunnybeam set). Or you can go all out offensive, or keep Will-O-Wisp if you really want, but NOT in combo with Inferno. It's redundant, and that move misses so much.

    Mienshao @ Undecided
    Jolly, Regenerator
    EVs: 252 Attack/4 Special Defence/252 Speed
~ Bounce 2 turn move, not very accurate too... Go with U-Turn, Fake Out, even Acrobatics if you really need a Flying type move.
~ Focus Blast/Aura Sphere, come on why using Focus Miss when you have an attack that does the exact opposite while still keeping good base power?
~ Low Sweep/Hi-Jump Kick. Mienshao is fast. Replace Low Sweep with a more powerful move
    ~ Stone Edge

    Braviary @ Undecided
    Adamant, Sheer Force
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Attack/4 Speed
    ~ Fly
    ~ Crush Claw
~ Giga Impact/Superpower. Giga Impact is useless and Crush Claw has over 100 BP so two hits from that will still do better than one Giga Impact
    ~ Shadow Claw

    Cobalion @ Undecided
    Impish, Justified
    EVs: 4 Attack/252 Defence/252 Speed
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sacred Sword
    ~ Reflect/Iron Head/Stone Edge/anything
    ~ Aerial AceIron Head/Stone Edge/anything

With all that defense investment, Reflect is useless. Actually, why do you need that much defense on a swords dance sweeper? HP actually works better anyway, but you need attack because base 90 isn't THAT good without any investment.
    Hope it helped

What's with the weird EVs on all the Pokemon? For Mienshao, any remaining EVs should go to HP as a general rule.

So, I've edited my team. Anything else I need to change? I can't change Chandy's EVs, Nature or Ability (I've already started training) but all other Pokemon can be changed.

    Altaria @ Leftovers
    Jolly, Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
    ~ Roost
    ~ Dragon Dance
    ~ Dragon Claw
    ~ Earthquake

He doesn't need Cotton Guard and DD. He is already quite bulky (75/95/105 is quite bulky). With that being said, change the EVs as I recommended. That helps him get the most out of its attacks.

    Hydregion @ Shell Bell
    Hasty, Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpA
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Dragon Pulse
    ~ Flamethrower
    ~ Surf

    Chandelure @ Undecided
    Modest, Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Special Attack/252 Speed
    ~ Flamethrower
    ~ Energy Ball
    ~ Shadow Ball
    ~ Calm Mind

    Mienshao @ Undecided
    Jolly, Regenerator
    EVs: 252 Attack/4 HP/252 Speed
    ~ Aura Sphere
    ~ Brick Break
    ~ U-Turn
    ~ Stone Edge

Braviary @ Life Orb (this works well with Sheer Force)
    Adamant, Sheer Force
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
    ~ Fly
    ~ Rock Slide
    ~ Superpower
    ~ Return

Unless you're running Bulk Up, there is no need for 252 HP EVs.

    Cobalion @ Undecided
    Impish, Justified
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sacred Sword
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Iron Head
    Suggestions in bold.
