Wait a minute....since Oshawott's scalchop has been shown to reflect powerful attacks, why can't Samurott do the same? I remember thinking at the start of BW that Ash could have a super powerful water type who could deal with electric attacks

I do hope she gets a win in this battle. I know she helped out in Operation Tempest and during the Tag Battle. But, she was assisted at the time, I want her to get one all by herself.

The only Pokemon I remember getting wins during DP was Infernape, you know the one that Ash used in every gym battle but Wake? At least he's using his other Pokemon instead of using the same old team over and over. Each of his gym battles had a different team no matter how you look at it and the Pokemon you just listed are his Unova powerhouses so I dont see the problem at all, if Pignite were evolved would it be a problem for him to have so many wins? And you cant not count Pikachu as a Unova-team member because he has been in almost every gym battle yet... Leavanny and Krokodile are 3rd stage evolved Pokemon so them getting alot of wins is reasonable. The others have gotten a decent amount of wins and since BW isnt over I wouldnt count them out just yet

I mean overall in every stage of evolution combined, since it's still the same Pokemon. Hmmmmmmmmm...pretty sure Ash didn't have Chimchar before the 3rd gym. Just off the top of my head:
Turtwig/Grotle-Roark's Rampardos, Gardenia's Turtwig, the Zangoose/Metagross team, Candice's Sneasel(yes this was important, it showed off Grotle overcoming it's speed problem...except it was never touched upon after the battle agaisnt Palmer) and it has been in other battles where it lost, but still showed alot of strength like Palmer and Bertha

Starly/Staravia/Staraptor- First of Ash's Pokemon to beat one of Paul's, while winning against Honchkrow in Pokeringer. The 3rd Gym was important for Brave Bird

Buizel- well first it's debut made it look OP, tie against Lucario which is still an awesome achievement, showed off counter shield against Gengar, also used in the Wallace Cup

Gligar/Gliscor- I'll give you Gliscor, but it still has as many notable wins as Leavanny, not counting Drapion

Gible- introduced late, but still had 2 wins against Conway, and was used against Tobias.

I also noticed that the DP team may have lost at times, but they still looked good while losing. I can't say the same for some of Ash's Unova team. I can't count Pikachu as a team member? Being used in almost every gym as you say and the wins it's getting in the league? Uhhh...okay, if you say so...

Oshawott and Tepig were both used in the first 2 gyms, Tepig was also in 3,7, and 8

Oshawott and Palpitoad don't have the best record. Boldore and Palpitoad aren't seen as much as they should and Boldore could use a good win, hopefully against Hydreigon. I feel Scraggy should be more developed, I mean come on, it's battle in the league is against a Darumaka. Snivy was great early, but as time progressed it made it look a bit weaker next to the bigger and better Pokemon, like Buizel except Buizel developed more.

Specifically responding to since BW isnt over I wouldnt count them out just yet: why not in the league then? The league has always been a time where Pokemon get a good amount of wins. Would Swellow, Charizard, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Corphish, Infernape, Gible, Heracross, and Kingler look as good without the league?

Honestly I'd be ok with her getting a loss if it meant something like Oshawott or Snivy got a win (neither of which have had an official victory under Ashs command since Clay)

I'm go with Tsutarja getting a win any day. I do want to see Oshawott battle as well. I wonder if he's gotten much stronger from the off-screen training he's done with Ash.
