it's ok skarm use this as a good thing so you will try harder next time and if you lose again don't give up no matter what. We all lose sometime like look at me iIused to be a proper noob and lost like every battle, i never gave up i just used every loss as a good thing to make myself work harder. tbh when you get really good pokemon becomes boring cause you got nothing to prove to anyone and then you start using gimmick team etc so dont take the losses as bad things cause there actually good.
