What about Red's other canonical teams from the main handheld games though? GSC had Espeon instead of Dragonite and HGSS, the official remakes of GSC, had Lapras instead of those two.

At any rate 'any moveset' is kinda vague with this and anyone can throw up hypotheticals to say 'so this one wins by doing _____' or 'that Pokemon is cooler than that one so this Red wins imo', so I suppose a better comparison would be 'which version of Red do you prefer' personally based on design, characterisation, etc. In which case I would lean towards the manga version because unlike the games he can speak, has more of a defined personality, etc, and hence one can relate to him more/so forth.

At any rate this is more a poll question than anything, so hence I'll move this.

i heard that mange red can easily take out any charizard (read red adventures 1). he uses lightning, water and a conductor of electricity (vines) to win. thus with poli pika and saur, he could beat charizard. aero owns dragonite and saur pwns pikachu. the rest, well it would be around 5-3 (pika or poli would faint against charizard)

Game Red will win. He has a variety of pokemon with different types.
Manga Reds got Pokemon that are mostly weak against Electric and Grass type Pokemon.

this is 1 on 1 battle not the hax we use multiple pokemon at the same time battle
