To put it simply, he is Mercury. He is a contestant on another program that airs on television around the same time as us called Pokemon Universe 12. The motif for there game is secrets, like us. You also just missed him, he seems to have taken off somewhere... Don't take down those cameras or try to get the oven back either. He has a split personality, so if you do that, you'll meet it's full potential. You saw a small part of it earlier young espeon. He was able to take down a Miltank and win without transforming also...

Also, are you guys familiar with the fourth wall? It's a scentific theory that when you talk about something of a different universe, you break that wall. I'm thinking he's referencing that this takes place on a forum called serebiiforums.com, but I can't be certain.

Those of you who meet that Emolga from earlier, she's a contestant from the same show... Her name is Kira Kira. MErcury's not drunk, he just has a weird liking for ovens.
