No Hacked and Cloned Pokemon
Do not trade me hacked pokemon. This includes pokemon with PokeCheck Ribbons. Dragonheart does not clone pokemon, each is a separate RNG. Dragonheart does accept clones, but only if cloned via a Serebii approved method. This will result in an automatic permaban

Request Etiquette
Be polite and do not use chat speak. Do not request when the applications are marked as closed. Do not VM/PM Dragonheart about when RNG Request will re-open or asking to save a request spot. Do not offer nicknamed or pokerus pokemon. Only Request Breedable Egg Pokemon. Check the DWF sections for available DW abilities.

Accepted Requests
All request statuses are tracked on your application. Do not ask for a status. You will get a VM asking to approve your request. Any changes to your request must be made then. After approval, no changes can be made. A trade must be completed within 2 weeks for Sanctuary or 1 month for a custom RNG (from RNG completion date).

Dragonheart
Dragonheart reserves the right to deny any request at any time for any reason. All pokemon from Dragonheart Sanctuary have a Not for Trade (NFT)/Non-Redis status. Breaking the NFT/Non-Redis status request will result in an automatic permaban.

Thank you, Ilane. It's a pleasure to be here.

Let me start with a bit of information about myself: I have been involved in the competitive aspects of Serebii for almost 3 years now. While I once frequented the trade shops, I soon moved to the guilds section. Any of you who are from the guilds section likely know that I am not likely to tolerate shenanigans or rule-breaking of any kind. It is a simple process. Use the forms, follow the rules, don't think that you warrant an exception of any kind. If you do that, we will have no problems.

Now then, Those of you who have been using this particular trade shop since the beginning may remember the 'strike system'. I will be bringing that back. The strikes are as follows:

Strike 1 - First Warning
Strike 2 - Final Warning
Strike 3 - 1 Week ban, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 4 - 2 Week ban, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 5 - 1 Month ban, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 6 - Permanent ban.

These strikes can be earned by either not following the rules or not using the correct form. There are only 3 possible forms, so it really should not be difficult to figure out which one you need. If you're requesting an RNG, then use the RNG form. If you want a pokemon from the Sanctuary, use the Sanctuary form. If you're in one of the sponsored guilds, use that form. Easy, right? (If it was, I wouldn't be here.)

It is possible to cancel these strikes, but it requires not breaking rules for a 2 month span. For every 2 months you go without incident, one strike will be removed from your record.

That's all I have to say for now. Hopefully, you all will follow the rules and I won't have to make another post here. Although, to be frank, I doubt it.

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are by invitation only. Requirements: Guild must be recommended by at least 2 sponsored guilds (Do NOT ask another guild leader to recommend you guild) and Dragonheart will check to ensure they meet internal non-public requirements. Dragonheart reserves the right to reject any sponsorship, request, or recommendation for any reason at any time. A link back to the shop is required. Sponsored guilds may use the written clip for their guilds.

Custom RNG Requests Only
Guild members are not allowed to request Sanctuary Pokemon. Only request when the RNG wait list is OPEN. These request share a wait list with normal RNG Requests. Special Rules for Sponsorship Requests: A guild member may only request one custom RNG at a time. Only one person from the guild may make a request at time.

Request Requirements
A guild member can request a custom RNG by using the form, if they have been an active member in the guild for more than a month. The leader must confirm the request. It is the requesters' responsibility to get the leader to confirm the request by quoting and posting on the thread.

Guild Strike System
If a guild members breaks a rule, they will receive an individual strike and the guild will receive a strike.

The strike system for sponsored guilds is as follows:

As with normal customers, sponsored guilds as a whole can receive strikes due to the actions of their members, should the members earn strikes while making sponsorship requests. These strikes expire after 1 month without incident.

Strike 1 - First Warning
Strike 2 - Final Warning
Strike 3 - 1 Week loss of sponsorship, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 4 - 2 Week loss of sponsorship, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 5 - 1 Month loss of sponsorship, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 6 - 2 Month loss of sponsorship, cancellation of all current requests.
Strike 7 - Indefinite loss of sponsorship, cancellation of all current requests.

Should a guild reach 7 strikes, the guild liaison to Dragonheart Sanctuary must come to Kingothestone (generally available at the Creamery Command xat chatroom, found in his signature), and explain to him why the guild in question is deserving of another chance. If Kingothestone finds the reasoning valid, the offending guild will return to 6 strikes. If a guild reaches 7 strikes twice, however, the loss of sponsorship is permanent, and will not be revoked under any circumstances.

Introducing the Dragonheart Sanctuary - <Guild Name> Branch.

For those of you who are unaware, the Dragonheart Sanctuary is a WiFi trade shop run by Ilane. She specializes in RNGs, and as such has offered a special deal to our members.

Per our agreement, it is the responsibility of the requesting member to read and follow all rules of Sanctuary. If the rules are not followed, you will be given a strike and may be banned from the shop. Note that we have a special request form, which can be found in the 4th post of the Trade Shop thread. Failure to properly fill out the required form will result in a strike in the Trade Shop.

Our guild's point of contact is, of course, <member who will approve requests here. Ilane/Kots will also contact this member for any problems with the guild> Before you make a request at the shop, it is recommended that you come to me first and confirm that the guild is, in fact, eligible to make a sponsored request. If you do not, then you run the risk of receiving a strike, as well as the risk of earning a strike for the entire guild. Be sure to read the rules of the Trade shop completely before posting.

I'm currently re-evaluating my policy on dream world and shiny...I can't use my international ditto so I'm losing shiny frames. I'm trying with Sonic's to see how much of a pain in the *** it is. If it's too much, I won't offer it anymore.

Yes, but I very much prefer to have 31 in Speed. If it lets you work better, then 30 in Speed is fine.
