Default Need help building team/ suggestions?

I'm helping my little brother out with his team and this generation is kinda confusing. So far I told him to catch Oshawott, and Riolu.

    Samurott - Item: Mystic Water
    -Surf
    -Megahorn
    -Icebeam
    -Dig

    Lucario
    -Aura Sphere
    -Calm Mind
    -Flash Cannon
    -Dragon Pulse

    Chandelure - Flame Body
    -Shadow Ball
    -Flamethrower
    -Energy Ball
    -Will-o-wisp/Confuse Ray

    Haxorus - Mold Breaker
    -Dragon Claw
    -Dragon Dance
    -Poison jab/X-scissor
-Earthquake? I don't have a good move set in mind

I'm not sure about the last two! Was thinking about Scrafty, Gigalith,

    Krookodile - Moxie
    -Crunch
    -Earthquake
    -Aerial Ace
    -Stone Edge

    Galvantula
    -Bug Buzz
    -Thunderbolt
    -Gigadrain
    -Toxic

    Thanks

Shadow Ball > Flash Cannon on Lucario. Together with Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball hits every pokemon in the game for at least neutral damage.

Flash Fire > Flame Body on Chandelure. Flame Body is fairly redundant next to Will-o-Wisp, and type immunities are awesome.

Rock Slide > Poison Jab/Xiscissor on Haxorus.

Bulk Up > Aerial Ace on Krookodile. Aerial Ace looks great at first, as it hits 3 of Krookodile's 5 weaknesses. However against Grass or Bug types, Crunch will do the exact same amount of damage as Aerial Ace and against Fighting types, Earthquake does more. Aerial Ace is only really useful against Breloom, Heracross and the 7 Grass/Bug types. Bulk Up boosts attack but also patches up your defences a bit.

    Galvantula
    Compoundeyes
    -Thunder
    -Bug Buzz
    -Giga Drain
    -Volt Switch/Thunder Wave

Compoundeyes means that Thunder has 91% accuracy. Which is brilliant.
As for the last slot, Volt Switch can you get you out of the battle with a little damage on the side, but really it doesn't matter too much of what you put in here.

SO the team seems balanced enough right?
