Zapdos I suggest running this set

Zapdos @ Choice specs
EVs: 204 HP 20 Def 172 SpA 92 SpD
Calm nature
-Thunderbolt/Volt switch
-Heat wave
-HP grass
-Air cutter

This set lets it live a draco meteor dragon gem from a timid latios and can KO most none rindo berry gastridon sets and 2KO all fighting and ludicolo's with air cutter. And KOs most grass types with heat wave.

Hmm what about Tailwind? Tailwind will help his speedy pokemon become even more speedy! Also, there there is signal beam with a confusion ratio and lets it kill Ludiculo/T-Tar/etc.. Just a suggestion, don't hurt me Dx

anyway it has specs and I don't think you want it using tailwind over and over again. But Signal beam could be used over air cutter.

i just realized that he can't run specs on zapdos because of the rotom having it...
i actually think that a bulkier zapdos would be more useful for his purposes. this means it might be a good idea to get tailwind on it.
but rearranging items will also work so he can get the choice specs on zapdos! :3

I think he could run a bulker Zapdos with a berry of some sort(Sitrus berry, Charti berry aka rock type weakening berry,etc.), Mental herb(to stop taunt from stopping tailwind set-up), etc so he can still use trick swapping with his choice specs Rotom-H.

Right my team is near enough ready just need to EV train Thundurus I might use the incarnate form since it seems to be more useful, however I need a ludicolo counter I was thinking of giving Terrakion poison jab and since most of them are specially defensive I think it would work well, what do you think?

Poison Jab is resisted by alot of steel types, absorbed, etc. Try X-scizzor, if you haven't already. ;3 It KO's Cresselia easily or protect the VGC stable move. I can also EV Thundurus for you, and your other pokes are ready for pick up

using poison type moves in VGC is not smart. because of the one type it super affects (and this is not the most common of the types)

Hi, i'm CrystalNinetales, and i am a competitive battler!
My favorite VGC Pokemon would probably be Hydreigon, as it's very nicely designed, looks cool shiny, and has a destructive movepool.
My favorite Pokemon is Mew, as it can transform into anything, learn almost any move, and has a nice design.
The reason I like double battles is because they are more faster paced than singles, involve more strategy and technique, and is overall more fun.

well... cresselia is a complete beast obviously xD so cresselia
it has so much bulk only 3 pokemon in VGC can claim a OHKO on it.
It has basically, the BEST support move pool.
but one pokemon i have not tried has come to mind. it is mistreivous.
they are complete beasts. they are basically like cresselia except require an eviolite, similar move pool, same ability, but has ghost typing. so it can't be faked out. which is incredible. i might try one some time...

also, i learned about these from drizzle boy, he made a great set with it and owned me xD

King of support is thundurus. Priority support moves do him well, and can stop tr, without rage powder, with taunt.

hmm...I'd Have to say sableye, as it has a wide variety of support moves, hampers would be opponent sweepers, taunts, fairly bulky, and fits on to any team well.
also no weaknesses.
