    Well, Do I have a chance to get a THICK CLUB from buying a CUBONE from the game corner?

    Not completely sure, but I doubt it. I think it's only for wild Pokemon. You're better off just waiting until you get to Rock Tunnel and using Thief on every Cubone and Marowak you find.
