The preview also didnt show Kotesu losing his match after Ash, I guess that means he wins the whole league! Because you know, whatever the preview shows is what the whole episode will be about :/

I kind of wonder if the semi final battle will be a triple battle lol.. The writer's can easily say "for a complicated challenge, we need to do a triple battle". That way there can be a decent battle after kotetsu.

As a matter of fact Lucario doesn't look weary either. I suppose it will be a long battle and we only got to see the start of it.

Yea, I am starting to really think this is a tie scenario that will occur. If so, then i could see Virgil's battle being the final, because Ash nor Kotetsu can battle?

It doesn't suggest anything other than Virgil will battle someone using Eevee. Given how much time Ash's battle with Kotetsu seems to take, I think it's a lot more reasonable for Kotetsu versus Virgil to be the last battle since as minor characters, they can afford to have their battle shown mostly off-screen. That's my logical deduction given all the evidence.

Well, we knew that was going to happen one way or other since Eevee appears in January calender.

I will be incredibly sorry for Kotetsu if he loses a tie because of not having another Pokémon to have a penalty match. Admittedly though, it would be incredibly fitting for him for his character.

And they both technically took down two Pokemon each so they should both be at the same amount of strain, but if there was a tie wouldnt Ash lose anyway? I'm hoping for Pikachu's Electro Ball to overpower Aura Sphere and give Ash the win.
