Especially when you consider that the Eevee episode that will air in English, won't until sometime in March if not February.

Plus would there be any reason why a random announcement is being announced on a Tuesday. Why not Thursday, or Sunday?

Not that there's any suggestion that they will reveal an Eeveelution, but it would be interesting if there was an Eeveelution revealed.

Only Iris is all about dragons, and even that is not so true. I think they will introduce more than one Eeveelution.

I wonder if any information will be divulged on the potential 6th generation after this episode airs.

Ignoring any possible Eeveelution, or anime talk. Just straight up iteration of the announcement they make. With a question of "How will this affect the anime? Find out sometime later."

Or I wonder if they'll still focus solely on Episode N.

I am not getting my hopes up with this Eevee thing.

Even if it did, I doubt that Eevee will just evolve like that during the match. All of it's evolutions require something specific and any future eeveelution would require something that hasn't been done before in the games. Stones, Happiness + Time, and Location have been done.

All it takes is for the Gen 6 games to introduce fly/poison/dragon etc stones to make evolution, or a new location where an evolution can take place. Nothing has ever stated they can't re-use old mechanics for the new lines of Eeveelution.
