Nothing is directly proven yet regarding the outcome, even with this new info (unless the translation of that pic proves otherwise). I can name countless episodes in AG and DP where its pre-airing info favored one scenario to happen, yet a completely different one actually occurred instead. Until a summary/pic explicitly states the winner of the battle or explicitly identifies Virgil's opponent, we still don't know the outcome of the battle, let alone the league.
Furthermore, the previews of many episodes of gym and league battles where Ash has won tend to show Ash's pokemon getting pummeled by the opponent, as if he was going to lose. Remember that the only pre-airing info most people will have for any given episode is its direct preview at the end of the previous episode. It's to create ambiguity on the episode's outcome, and is common practice in almost every show in existence.
What i can Speculate from this picture that Ash is going to win and battle Virgil yes a translation would be nice because it looks like Eevee is on a battle field and we arent sure when Riolu is going to evolve it could be the climax a Kotesu's last pokemon and only last about 3 minutes in the next episode and show a battle between Ash and Virgil or it could be opposite Virgil and Kotesu Haha but who knows maybe Ash will take it all because if the beginning of the episode is quick finishing off the priors episodes battle we can see another battle with in the remaining time
