Trading partner?

[Frost Mage]

I just restarted Pearl the other day, and so far I have a handful of Pokemon, 10-30, and I could go out of my way to catch any low-level Pokemon that one would want... granted, I really don't know who would want to do that, but I'm in need of some strong, evolved Pokemon such as Drapion. Sorry if this sounds like I'm begging, but I'd be willing to trade some decent Pokemon in return. Thanks!
