A note for this portion: Votes will not be counted unless a real explanation is provided. The point of a CCAT is to show less experienced members the thought process behind building a team. This means that, in your vote, you need to provide information on how your choice supports Kyurem-B, the coverage it brings, the role on the team, and all that nonsense. Follow the form and put some thought into it.

    Pokémon:

    Set:
    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin

Reasoning: Kyurem-B needs Rapid Spin support. Face it. Rocks cripple Kyu, pretty much depriving it of that last substitute that you really needed. Out of all the spinners in OU, Starmie is the one that suits Kyu's needs most. They share exactly NO weaknesses, and cover each others very well. Starmie can take any Fighting or Steel attacks that threaten our star, and Kyu takes the oh-so-common grass and electric attacks Starmie hates. Starmie can also take Will-O-Wisp from Pokés faster than Kyu and then switch out and be fine after Natural Cure. This is why I think Starmie is one of the best Pokémon to support Black Kyurem.

    pokemon: breloom
    set:
    breloom@LO
    adamant
    technician
    252 attack/252speed/4sp def
    -low sweep
    -spore
    -bullet seed
    -mach punch

    reason:
Breloom provides solid support for sub roost kyurem in the way of wall breaking, taking care of troublesome pokemon like ferrothorn and blissey, who cube has trouble getting through, as well as cripple stuff on a switch in via spore or low sweep. Mach punch adds a nice priority to soften stuff up and check terrakion, one of the big kyurem checks. Furthermore, brelooms number one check atm is celebi, who provides a perfect chance for kyurem to get in and sub up.

    Pokémon:

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 52 HP / 232 SAtk / 224 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Hydro Pump / Surf / Scald
    - Recover
    - Psyshock

Reasoning: Kyurem-B needs Rapid Spin support. To keep momentum and speed up, Starmie would be synergistic with Kyurem-B. Kyurem-B is stealth rock weak and losing 25% is no fun. Furthermore, Starmie works as a great Keldeo check (If not carryign HP Ghost) as it can KO with Psyshock, which would otherwise destroy Kyurem-B (and most of the pokemon in this current metagame). The EV spread will give you enough speed to beat non scarfed Tornadus, which would be a huge threat in rain teams. The choice between Hydro pump, surf, and scald has to do with power, and reliability. Recover works great as it allows Starmie to stay in the game longer.

    pokemon: breloom
    set:
    breloom@Life Orb
    Jolly
    technician
    252 attack/252speed/4sp def
    -Stone Edge
    -spore
    -bullet seed

Ok, so i technically just copied the same set as mcdanger and made it jolly to outpace adamant gyarados mainly. I also gave it stone edge to hit salamence hard whenever it switches in. As previously mentioned, you've got a threat to terrakion and something that can revenge kill a weakened scizor. Spore also gives you a move to temporarily cripple an opposing pokemon such as ferrothorn.

I'm going to have to disagree here with everyone because there is a much better mon for synergy

    pokemon: Tentacruel
    set: Leftovers / black sludge
    Bold
    Rain dish
    204HP / 252 Def / 54 Speed
    Substitute
    Scald
    Toxic
    Rapid Spin

This set along in rain is really good, you can use substitute vs something that can't touch you, then if they have a spin blocker, you're guaranteed to beat it with either Scald / Toxic. Then once the spin blocker is beat, you can rapid spin freely. The evs on this set give you the highest number divisible by 16 therefore it gets the most possible health out of recovery. The max defense is to be a good all around wall with its already great spdef, and the few evs in speed allow you to outspeed things like standard jirachi/gliscor/rotom as well as adamant breloom. Combine all of this with politoed to get the double leftovers recovery, and ferrothorn for hazards of your own, and you have the startings of a great rain stall with the ability to break other stall teams without even breaking a sweat thanks to kube. Also unlike starmie as a rapid spinner, good old tentacruel isnt thkoed by keldeo and is a more reliable check to it.

    Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Moxie
    EVs: 56 HP / 248 Atk / 204 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Substitute
    - Bounce
    - Dragon Dance

Actually, Kyurem-B with roost doesn't 100% need rapid spin support. Although if you add this to the team probably will eventually. Although it adds another stealth rock weakness, Gyarados works pretty nicely with Kyurem-B because it gives you the ability to weaken steel types like Jirachi, Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Scizor etc which all give Kyurem-B problems. On the other hand, Kyurem-B makes a nice Rotom-W check kind of helps vs stuff like Starmie. If you add rain to this, it would work really nicely because of the huge boost that Gyarados gets allowing it to threaten steel types even more which is even more beneficial for Kyurem-B. It works pretty nicely versus sand balance with Rotom-W as well. All of the typical switches into Gyarados are either threatened by a Kyurem-B double switch or beaten by Gyarados itself making for a pretty good offensive combo.

So uh Ice Cream and stuff.
Some rules are made with all intentions to break
And she defends it with a warped rationale
But I've seen what happened to the wicked and proud
When they decided to take on the throne for the crown
