sub 3 attacks often runs timid to outpace jirachi and other base 90-100's. RP would use modest because it outspeeds all scarfers at +2.

Yeah, timid is pretty much the norm these days, to avoid getting revenged by the likes of +spe salamence/lucario

I could maybe help you , the best practice I think is to ladder extensively on Pokemon showdown in the wee hours of the morning, works for me o.o

=] good luck, bo1 is annoying, but if your opponent agrees to it then you can do a bo3 instead. Just make sure to ask before the battle

not bad thanks, on the subject of bo1/3 - for a tournament I find bo1 to be more exciting, as it means that anybody can potentially win, as opposed to the same 2/3 players every time, which after all is the whole point of a KO tourney really.
