The first episode of Bird Market has done a fine job of endearing me to it. I imagine I'll enjoy it. Unless of course it ends up with him screaming 'I KNOW BIRDS CAN'T REALLY TALK!' with tears in his eyes.

That's it. The bird is the REAL protagonist of this story. Forget Tamako, no matter how cute she is, she will never live up to the amount of sass that bird has.
...Okay anyway, I finally got to watching the first episode, and oh man it was adorable. KyoAni you've got me again. <3
