I wanna give to my Milotic a hold item that increases damage of water type moves, and there are three hold items with this effect.

So, do you know which of this items has the higher boost? And how much percent is it?

According to Smogon they're all the same, 20% in 4th gen, but I always thought the incenses gave less.

Type boosting items are better than no item at all, but they're not normally the best option. If you're not running a Choice Items or Life Orb, Lefties are typically better.
