Episode N - Team Rocket Speculation

Well still you might not know if Team Rocket will still leave! I think they will eventually capture Pikachu in this season and take it to Giovonni and then they return to Unova with Pikachu being used for something and bring the Metonite back to use it as the most powerful weapon. And that's when the Team Rocket VS Team Plasma redone comes in!
I think The TRio with Looker is forshadowing their departure.

Have no issue with them right now. Heck I did mind them that much in DP (the dub made them annoying with certain stuff.

Agreed, if they are going to remain serious and steal Pikachu at the same time every episode than lets just get rid of them. Its no fun for either sides, people who want them back to being comical don't get this and neither do people who want them to be good villains.

I didn't even think of this but I think you might be right. It could possible that James decides to go his own path alone while Jessie and Meowth choose their own paths together.

It makes sense what Butler is saying though. People have been speculating the end of TR this saga ever since they became more serious and didn't appear in every episode. Though knowing the Rocketshippers would probably want the split up to be Meowth being the one that goes off by himself while Jessie and James stay together.

I want TR to leave too, but honestly, at this point it's become a "Like You Would Really Do It" thing. They keep appearing, every episode that had them break up ALWAYS had them back together by the end... I really doubt they're going anywhere that Ash isn't going.

Honestly TR were the only good thing of BW prio to the N arc for me. If James goes I want him to be Ash's rival for Gen 6. no joke. Seeing James aim for a league would be really interesting. He only joined TR due to wanting to be free from his parents. It is not like James is evil. If anything he has more been influenced by Jessie and Meowth and stays with them due to they were his only friends. I'm thinking maybe teaming up with looker makes him realize something and at the end of the arc he decides to become a full fledged trainer aiming for a league.

I really hope Team Rocket keeps their appearances to a minimum unless they actually have to do with the plot. None of this "Plot interrupted by Team Rocket trying to catch Pikachu every episode"

I agree, I also hope they don't get in the way of Team Plasma's plans and be annoying in it, I'm hoping that if they are teaming up with Looker in it and that they'll actually be part of the plot to help Looker with stopping Team Plasma.
