I used them in game to train my Pokemon up for the next gym, but I prefer using an EXP share and beating the E4 with Volcarona now. I don't ue them for EVs I atill haven't caught Victini yet, and it gives 3 HP EVs at a time, instead of 2. It does feel a bit mean running in and out of that room to kill it over and over again.

I use them as the initial stage in my training, usually to boost a Pokemon's level until it can fare against the Pokemon of all the rebattle-able trainers because I don't feel like putting forth the effort to watch for shaking patches whenever the experience boost becomes too marginal.

I use them for EXP since they're a great source for it. Plus, it saves time rather than making everything faint.

Definitely. The fact that it gives out a lot of EXP is a really good thing and not to mention it's not a very difficult to beat.

I always use Audino to train, I don't know why but it just seems so much faster then fighting the Elite Four and Alder :/ That must just be because of the High Base Exp. obtained from it and how fast it is if you ride around on the bike. That said, Audino training can be dangerous or annoying with no Poke Balls due to the chance of finding a Shiny Pokemon xD
