How do I improve my trainer rank

It's currently on beginner trainer

the more you, the higher your trainer rank goes up. some sections don't count towards your post count thought. (there will be a caption underneath these sections.)

You just have to post. The trainer rank depends on your post count.

If you just want to change your title, that's pretty easy. For example my title isn't "beginning trainer".

Go to setting --> my profile and under
"Optional Information - All information will be viewable by other forum members."

You have the option to change what it says.
As for the image, that changes as you post more.

I know but I would prefer keeping normal ranks, I had my answer but thanks anyway
Also how do I look at my post count/when DO ranks improve

to the left of every post you make, will say your join date, location (if you entered it in), and your post count. the first time it goes up is either 10 or 20 i can't remember.
