You should have, but I played really bad in the second and third. That said, I'm dropping out of the Combatants Cup cause its the only reason I'm still here at Serebii and I'm moving on. Rachi can have captain, and I guess you'll need a sub to fill for me for the rest of the season.

Either convince him to play or don't. In the end, the only team he's hurting is his own, since in case of an in-division tie, matches won can be a big factor.

MIDSEASON ANNOUNCEMENT:
As you all know, next week is the All-Star Week. It is more, however, than just a chance to see the best players in the league play each other. It is also an opportunity for teams to bolster their ranks by way of a midseason AUCTION!

That’s right, we’ll be doing an auction for the midseason. Here are the rules:
-ONLY CAPTAINS MAY BID. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Each team will be allowed a roster expansion to include a 6th player. This is NOT mandatory.
-Each Team will start with $15000.
-Players may be dropped. All dropped players are worth $1,500 to the team dropping them.
-Dropped players are eligible for pickup, just like any other player.
-The minimum bid on any player is $1,500
-The MAXIMUM bid on any player is $15000
-A bid will be locked after 18 hours. The bidding period, as a whole, will last 4 days.
-Each captain is allowed to have bids on up to 5 different players at any given time.

The following is an example of how the bidding will work, involving 3 of the 12 managers.

Manager #1:
• Player 1 - 2k
• Player 2 - 1.5k
• Player 3 – 2k
• Player 4 – 5k
• Player 5- 2k

Manager #2:
• Player 5 - 5k
• Player 1 – 2.5k
• Player 6 – 2k
• Player 4 – 5.5k
• Player 7 – 2k

Manager #3:
• Player 4 – 7k
• Player 8 – 2k
• Player 9 – 2k
• Player 10 – 2k
• Player 5 – 7k

~18 hours has passed since they have made their posts~

Manager #1 gets player 2 and player 3.
Manager #2 gets player 6 and 7
Manager #3 gets players 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10.

They may now start bidding on more players.

Signing Up
If you missed out on the original sign-ups, or you just want a shot at maybe getting on a team that's desperate for substitutes, now is the time to come out!

Because players are bound to miss the original sign-ups, as well teams are bound to have players that have to leave for a significant portion of the season, in the middle of the season, sign-ups will reopen for 4.5 days. Players will sign up and a free agent list will be made.


Note: In order to sign up, you need to have been a registered member BEFORE January 2013. Not being registered before that date will prevent you from signing up full stop.
