Also working to rng my latios ob B2. It's damn hard. Had timer0 problems and random trainers in the area screwing things up, it's hard but will get it done!
Edit: Hate. Finally hitted everything right, fighting my shiny flawless latios, aaaand then I got his HP low with 2 psyshocks of my mewtwo, and then one weak aurasphere to bring his hp too red, and guess what, cricital hit. My game hates me.
Edit2: Just RNGed myself a shiny latios! 31/31/30/30/31/30 (HP Fire 70) Timid!
Also whats the best set for heatran? Hes next! Edit: After keldeo :d

it depends on the team you have, mostly scarfed Keldeo is the "best" (standard Keldeo), or maybe even specs if you want to try that out :] Heatran is mostly just used with max special defense max HP, but a sub set is also pretty good. you can find all the sets on smogon, just by googling "smogon keldeo" or "smogon heatran", and viola :]
