My favourite Bug-Type? That would be Shedinja. It's an awesome insect! even though I rarely use it in battles..
Other than that, I often use Galvantula with Compondeyes and Thunder. Heheheh

My favorite Bug-Types would have to be Scizor, Shuckle, Heracross, Armaldo, and Galvantula.
And I also can't wait for the movie with Genesect to come out.
Genesect is another one of my favorites, after all he is the first Bug-Type legendary.

Scizor Cut
You know i hear people say that bug/steel is an overused combo
while it has been used a lot, every single bug/steel pokemon has its different uses in battle
Scizor is really good at abusing Technician and walling/sweeping teams and is a common unchecked threat in battle
Also Forretress is an insane wall and supporter
Durant is a great abuser of hone claws and Hustle making him a crazy sweeper paired with his great attack, defense, and speed stat
Escavalier may have a fairly shallow movepool, and has horrendous speed, but trick room practically brings him into the Uber tiers because of his insane attack stat
and Genesect is a great mixed attacker, and because of Download, you know right away what attacks to hit them with because it gives away his opponents weak spots

I then learned that you only get volcorona from the Relic Castle. That battle was annoying! XD

I prefer Custap Berry to Choice Band because it can utilize Sub/Reversal. It has saved me more than once.

If you looking for a decent Volcarona, you should try soft resetting in the relic place, where you catch a lvl 35 volcarona.
I soft reseted for awhile, till i got a modest one and it had remarkable states considering larvesta's only evolve at lvl 59
and the one in the relic place is lvl 35.. So its pretty good, id suggest this

i tried beating the game as many times as possible within the time period of the event and the end result was three genesects
i am thinking of doing a nuzlocke in my white soon and i am going to try to use scolipede and volcarona
