Which Hoenn Pokemon do you expect the most to get a new Evolution in Gen 6?
I think Spinda should get one , since it's been rather lackluster since RSE. An Evolution would defintely be cool. Or even Luvdisc , it's such a poor thing.

I'm not entirely sure Lapras is a Hoenn Pokemon Lol. I also forgot Torkoal! Maybe evolving into a Turtle that is Fire / Water Type?

I suggest maybe a Swellow or Manectric for your team
Torkoal should get a fire/dark evolution, IMO.

Swellow is pretty fun to use , you get it early and helps with Brawly I literally lost to him a few times in one Playthrough even though I had a Kirlia D:

And Gardevior rocks, it has helped me many time in sticky situations.

Shroomish is also quite good against Brawly, actually.
Dat Effect Spore. And Leech Seed, and Mega drain.

I think I used Roselia as my grass type in my last playthrough. But Swellow was a beast when I was in tall grass or caves =D
