It's good enough to get you through the post-game content, and I like the Pokémon in your team! I would probably need to know natures, abilities etc to say whether it would be OK for the latter stages of PWT. I won't consider any team member changes without knowing more but move changes I would suggest are below.

Alakazam; whilst mis-tastic, Focus Blast could help him get past Dark types if necessary - I would replace Grass Knot.

Magmortar; sorta depends on the nature, but he does learn Thunderbolt and his Special Attack stat is generally much better, so you could swap out ThunderPunch. Iron Tail doesn't grant amazing coverage and again it's off his weaker Attack stat - I would suggest Focus Blast or Psychic instead.

Raikou; Thunder is pretty high-risk (same as Focus Blast but Raikou has better other options available) I would suggest Thunderbolt unless you don't mind missing occasionally for the extra power. I would choose either Shadow Ball, Thunder Wave, Calm Mind over Extrasensory - whichever suits you best.

Flygon; Fly is okaayyyy if you don't want to keep out switching out a Poké for a HM slave. Hyper Beam is sadly not great due to the recharge turn and not hitting anything for super-effective - Flygon learns Fire Blast which gives it complete perfect coverage along with Dragon Pulse and Earthquake. Now that I've said that, yeah you can probably keep Fly

Tyranitar; only thing I would suggest is Ice Beam over Blizzard for better accuracy, but again up to you whether you want more power. Another completely different option is the move tutor move Superpower, but Ice probably gives better coverage options anyway.

Sceptile; currently completely walled by Steel types, so Earthquake would be good over Dragon Claw (only hits Dragons for Super-Effective anyway). Keep the two Grass moves if you want insurance against Leaf Storm's SpA drop but personally I would switch one of them out for either Drain Punch or Acrobatics if your Sceptile has it's hidden ability.

I hope this helps a bit.

Unless in the rain, don't use Thunder (well, unless you have a Pokemon that learns Thunder and Hone Claws). Raikou is plenty fast enough in-game, so use Calm Mind to make him more of a special tank.

    Flygon
    Nature: Quiet
    Ability: Levitate

    • Earthquake
    • Crunch
    • Stone Edge

Thunder is lowered to 50% accuracy in the sand.

    Sceptile
    Nature: Lonely
    Ability: Overgrow
    • Leaf Storm
    • Dragon Pulse
    • Focus Blast
    • Giga Drain

    Suggestions in bold.

    Psychic > filler on Mag.

Fire Blast is your best bet on Flygon , because yes you do see Ferrothorn and Skarmory a few times.
