I'll probably experiment a bit with it. I prefer to cover my weaknesses. Though, if his speed is high enough I might teach him Nasty Plot. That way, I can go for sweeps.

I'd teach him Energy Ball if he can learn it. That would be perfect for Delphox.

That would be kind of cheap considering the other two starters won't have extensive movepools like that, I would think.

Yeah that would be great. How about anti dark though? If it could learn signal beam or maybe Aura Sphere, though I don't think that would happen.

Not really, Greninja already has been shown to have a few goodies like Water Shuriken, Extrasensory, and Mat Block.

I'd be down for Thunderbolt Delphox and I hope Chesnaught gets Mach Punch and a few other toys to play around with.

I think Chesnaught's best Fighting move it will be able to learn that's reliable is Brick Break. I don't see it getting Close Combat or Hi Jump Kick. It may get Focus Blast, but that's not physical. D:

Aura Sphere, probably not. It will most likely be able to learn Focus Blast, though I would prefer Signal Beam. Which is a common move among Psychic types.

Don't be silly, if anything it's best Fighting move will be Arm Thrust like BW1 Emboar.

If hit 5 times, it's the equivalent of Brick Break. Hooray!

I think standard Chesnaught sets will be Spike shield/Wood hammer/Hammer arm/mach punch or Stone Miss

If not Stone Miss, then at least Rock Slide. Sometimes the flinch is nice.

Chesnaught is too slow to abuse the flinch chance IMO. Stone Edge would be the overall better choice for the power.

Rock Slide/Stone Edge is a must-have for Chesnaught. He needs a move to cover his 4x weakness to Flying and 2x weakness to fire.

Well now I know what to look for to make my Delphox a complete pain. Haha!

    Fire Blast/Psyshock/Focus Blast/Energy Ball.

Fighting moves I can see Chesnaught learning:
    Power Up Punch
    Brick Break
    Superpower
    Hammer Arm

    Greninja Dark type moves:
    Dark Pulse
    Faint Attack
    Sucker Punch
    New special Dark move

Not going to do Delphox since we already know 3 Psychic moves it learns.

Agreed. As for Greninja, it needs Pursuit, while Chesnaught needs Rolling Kick.

I don't know about Rolling Kick, but maybe Low Kick. Chesnaught doesn't strike me as a flexible Fighting type.

    I don't think they'd change it now.

Who knows? With this gen, GF hasn't really been following their normal standards and has broken tradition.

Personally hoping for a moveset wich is kind of a mix between Conkeldurr and ferrothorn. A bulky attacker with boosting moves, complete with priority and draining moves, in addition to support moves like leech seed, spikes, etc. That'd be amazing

Yeah demos usually come with warnings these days saying this isn't a representation of the final product. Plus I've seen some solid videos that have same text.

Though it's unlikely, there could also be an option to change the font for all we know.
