There's already so much fan art of these three out, along with fanbases. It's amazing how fast this has spread.

Compare it to this Japanese thief. They look incredibly similar. If this is correct then Froakie might be incredibly fast and possibly part dark type.

I suppose it could be both. A foam thief bag. I'm 100% serious too

Mabey Froakie's final Evo will be a cross between the stereotypical Asian Burglar & A Kappa (just a thought)

I actually like the appearance of all three Pokémons. My personal prefernce of the bunch is Froakie, though I'll be waiting for the evolution to decide whenever or not which Pokémon is the best.

Though a Fire/Psychic Pokémon would be sweet, so maybe I'll choose Fennekin.

I actually thought Froakie looked a bit Frosty. I'm wondering whether it would be a Water/Ice combo.

Looking at the German word for Fennekin, Fynx, I'm expecting it (and it's evolutions) to be based more on Lynx's and other felines instead of repeating the Demon Fox thing that they already did with the Vulpix and Zorua family line.
I think it might even evolve into a different feline like a tiger or a lion, seeing as how they did the same for the Oshawott line.

Chespin is the one I'm relatively confused about what it would be, so I'll just agree with whatever the popular opinion is
It's feet remind me of Drilbur's hands though.

Hard to choose favourite since I'm thinking about their evolutions, so I'll just wait for that.

Okay, so it's because of a move. Well, I'm going to stick with Fire/Ground for now since I think it'd fit it better.

Also, after noticing Chespin's tail, I think it will be Grass/Poison. But I think it'd be cool if that red tip opened up, like a plant does, and some kind of battle mace came out. And then as he grows more spines in, they could split open to to have metal spikes come out. Then it could be Grass/Steel, or even Grass/Fighting since it'd be battle armor.

Ninetales can use Psyshock, Dream Eater, Hypnosis and Extrasensory but it's not a Psychic type. Fennekin may not be part Psychic after all.

Still somebody has to mention that ninetales is a gen 1 pokemon. Back then deciding types and moves were allot different.

I could see Fennekin's evolution line as Fire and a Psychic type. In the trailer, I think we can saw Flamethrower and Psywave. Unless I prefer Chespin, it is very pretty and I can't wait to see it evolutions.
Chespin is very cute. It's actually my choice. I can't already imagine it evolutions, but I guess it won't be bad at all ! In the preview, I think it used Solar Beam and something like Night Slash.
Froakie isn't my favorite but it's okay ! He looks to a great Pokémon and I guess it must already have a lot of fans.

At the moment, all the starters are meh for me. I normally love the water type starters, but Froakie reminds me too much of Semistoad (hate the thing). Chespin looks like a hybrid between Nuzleaf and Dewott. His design is...bizarre. Fennekin's design is the only one I'm satisfied with, but I won't make any final decisions on which starter to choose until their evolutions are revealed.

Does anyone know if Nintendo is likely to have another price drop for the Nintendo 3D this year? I got my DS Lite last year because I didn't expect the 3DS to catch up so quickly in pokemon.

Uhh, I forget if I posted here earlier, so posting again [possibly] with an updated opinion.

I really love grass starters. But Froakie seems... a bit more appealing to me this time. But I still may go for Chespin, I have no idea.

On a side note, Chespin looks like an Oshawott that evolved to live on land, then stole a Swadloon's cape and wrapped it on its head. (I mean that jokingly, of course.)

Ever since Pokemon Red , I've always gone with a fire starter . Just a personel choice, but t in this games i'm definately going to pick Chespin ! It just looks more original than the other , but they're all good . Loving them way more the B/W starters !

The first thing I noticed was more frogs and foxes and hedgehogs and more water frogs and fire foxes and grass hedgehogs.

As long as Froakie doesnt look like Bosstoad Im ok! I hate that thing, although I am like Chespin a lot which is odd cause I hate the grass starters!
