changing icons

Hope I'm posting this in the right section. I don't know what they are called so I don't know what to search for.

How do you change the icons (typically 3 pokemon/trainers and a badge/item; mine is currently Bulbasaur, Oak, Charmander and a Pokeball) below a member's name and description found in every post? thanks

That changes depending on your post-count. 20 posts will make that change to Brock and Geodude.

^What this person said. They change the more you post. Post 20 posts and then Brock and Geodude will replace it, and then Misty etc.

There is a thread that shows how many posts you need to get a new one but I can't find it.
