I use whichever Pokemon I decide I would like to have on a team. I do my best to switch up my teams with each game, and considering the amount of Pokemon there are, it has worked out pretty well so far.

As such, I've used things from every tier. I don't play competitively, but if I did, it would be with friends and probably wouldn't utilize Smogon tiers.

I use whatever I want. Though if I had to choose between the two, probably UU. OU is full of overrated mons (hence the name overused).

UU also has the more-or-less under-appreciated Pokemon.
