Shiny Ralts
So I started playing pokemon Emerald again, and I found a shiny ralts.
The problem with the shiny ralts is that I found it while I was helping Wally catch a pokemon (A.K.A the pokemon catching demo.) Long story short, he has a shiny Ralts, and I don't. Sadface.

So, if it is possible, then the Ralts Wally has is random-generated. I thought that it was pre-fixed since the first battle against it and the catch you watch were just a scene.

FYI, the Zigzagoon/Poochyena you battle right after you pick your starter, also can be shiny. Many people SR-ing for a shiny starter on R/S/E have that happens to them.
