Rarest Pokemon?

Rare has no meaning in game anymore, due to RNG and other alternate ways of gaining pokemon. Many of the pokemon that would and could be considered rare are not because of the way people can now gain pokemon, such as RNG. The word rare in pokmeon now, has absolutely no meaning or value...

RNG doesn't allow you to get rare Pokemon in-game. Unless you mean with RNG being able to find a specific in the grass etc., but it'd be pretty hard to work out a Feebas RNG, I'd think...

But Feebas must not be very rare in BW2, seeing as I caught one on Route 1 in the water.

It's even possible to catch Milotic in the wild in the BW2 games.

I caught a Kingdra by fishing in one of those special spots in the water.

Feebas in Pearl was difficult for me to catch!

Most of the event-only legendaries.

For a non-legendary, probably Feebas.

I had the exact same thing in mind when I clicked on this thread. Never did I find Feebas in the Hoenn region.
