Adventures in Unova starts with the League and a bunch of characters you haven't been introduced to battling each other. If you're okay with that, go ahead, but you might want to find some earlier episodes.
Or you could wait until the league is over and start with Episode N.

My advice? Wait until the new RAW saga starts to be dubbed.. You'll only be disappointed with the current dub episodes..
If you want to start anyway, yeah you're better going back far enough to see Dawn reappear and go on from there, otherwise you'll go straight in to the middle of battles and spend your time wondering what Team Rocket are doing and where..
Kingler, my friend. No matter what, you will always remain my favourite Water type. You shouldn't have missed out on the Sinnoh League and I look forward to seeing you again, hopefully in the near future.
