Help with Hoenn Teams R/S/E

Hello folks I've decided to replay all the Hoenn games each with a different starter however planning teams proved rather frustrating as I don't want to use legendaries and didn't want to use the same Pokemon twice.

so after making my decision I came up with these teams for each game.

Emerald
Sceptile
Gardevoir
Hariyama
Camerupt
Crawdaunt
Salamance

Ruby
Swampert
Swellow
Breloom
Torkoal
Absol
Glalie

Sapphire
Blaziken
Aggron
Manectric
Flygon
Cacturne
Walrein

Other Pokemon I considered were Mightyena, Ludicolo, Shiftry, Sableye, Mawile, Sharpedo, Altaria, Cradily, Armaldo, Grumpig, Medicham, Zangoose, Seviper, Claydol and Tropius


The Only one I've planned out with moves and natures so far is Sapphire since I plan on doing it first.

Blaziken - either a Lonely, Naughty, Mild, Rash, Hasty or Naïve Nature

Possible move set
Sky Uppercut / Brick Break
Overheat / Blaze Kick
Aerial Ace / Slash / Bulk Up

Aggron - Brave or relaxed nature

Dig
Iron Tail
Rock Tomb / Double Edge / Iron Defence / Brick Break (if I don't give it to Blaziken)

Manectric - Mild, Rash, Hasty, Naive

Thunder Wave
Thunder Bolt
Bite
Howl / Charge / Toxic / Iron Tail

Flygon - Lonely, Naughty, Hasty, Naive

Fly
Crunch
Dragon Claw
Earthquake

Cacturne - Modest

Needle Arm
Faint Attack
Leech Seed / Ingrain
Growth / Toxic (If not given to Manectric)

Walrein - Quiet, Relaxed, sassy

Ice Beam
Surf
Hail / Sheer Cold / Body Slam / Waterfall
Rest / Snore


Only thing is I wont be using any move tutor or breeding moves. only have access to 1 of each TM per game that you cant buy and dont plan on doing any game corner tms.

any help, suggestiosn or recommendations for moves/team switches in any game would be greatly appreciated.

I would use Zangoose, cool Poke with high attack, swords dance STAB with return/strength

Used one on Sapphire, its not an uber sweeper, but it gets the job done and can be utilized great with a good moveset
