Alright, to any all gym leaders who have not VM'd me with a move they are banning from their gym or VM me saying that they chose not to ban any move, you have 3 days to VM me your choice.
If you have not posted on the thread since the time you were accepted I will be dropping you from the league and someone else will take your place.

The Ice League is now OPEN to any and all challengers.
All teams must comply with Smogon's tiers and banned move for each gym and each all challenges are best out of 3 games.
Reminder: if there is reasonable evidence to support a gym leader's suspicion that counter teaming was an issue, I shall judge whether to dismiss the accusation or whether there is enough evidence presented to ban you from the league-permanently.
Should there be an issue with uncooperative gym leaders challengers should PM me about this and I will resolve the issue along with the co-owners of the league.
The OP will be gradually updated to include badges for each gym. I might be taking ownership of the second post also, which will allow for better organization. This is a work in progress that should be completed by the weekend before Spring Break. Any challenger that defeats a gym leader will receive a PM with any badges they have earned by me. Gym leaders are eligible to challenge the league and earn 8 badges like normal challengers, go through the elite four and challenge the champion. In such a case, that gym leader will be promoted to champion; the previous champion will be demoted to the 4th member of the Elite Four, and one of the Elite 4's will be demoted to take the Gym Leader position that the new champion relinquished. Additionally, a gym leader can obtain his or her own badge but only if they obtain all of the other nine (9) gym leaders' badges.
