I don't think using permanent Hail is a good idea outside Hail team

Also, you've posted that Hax and Aggron before, twice in fact.
And people already gave you suggestions for Aggron and Haxorus (especially Haxorus). Why did I still see no change?

My shinies are not for trade or cloning.

    Nature: Jolly
    Moves:
    Dragon Claw
    Rock Slide
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
Item: Life Orb / Expert Belt / Muscle Band / Leftovers

Drgaon Claw is your best reliable STAB move. Don't use Guillotine; one hit KO moves are ridiculously unreliable and Haxorus is monstrously strong anyway (even moreso with Dragon Dance) so you should just rely on actual attacks. Rock Slide + Earthquake for coverage. Power Band is an EVing item so has no effect after you've finished EVing; go with either Life Orb, Expert Belt or Muscle Band for even more power, or Leftovers to increase your longevity.

    ^Aggron^
    Ability: Rock Head
    Nature: Adamant
    Moves:
    Moveset Name: The Heavy Edge
    Heavy Slam / Aqua Tail
    Head Smash
    Fire Punch
    Earthquake

Heavy Metal is a horrible ability on Aggron when you consider that it's already extremely heavy. Go with Rock Head instead, and Head Smash > Stone Edge. Fire Punch + Earthquake for coverage.

    ^Abomasnow^
    Ability: Snow Warning
Nature: Relaxed +10% Defense -10% Speed
    Moves:
    Wood Hammer
    Ice Shard
    Blizzard
    Ingrain/Giga Drain

It's not that great an idea to use Hail outside of a Hail team as Shine said, considering the fact that it acts as a detriment to the rest of your team, so I suggest you replace Abomasnow with something else.

    Spiritomb?

    Blaziken?

    Togekiss?

    Comments in bold.

If you want help on Spiritomb, Blaziken and Togekiss, at least post a set for it (refer to the Serebii Pokedex if you're unsure) so we can help you out there.

Xerneas, the Midgard Pokemon. Xerneas's branch-like horns are reminiscent of those
of the tree it guards. Its mighty horns contain jewels of dazzling colours. It chomps at
upper branches by craning its neck toward the sky. Xerneas protects the horizontal world.
