Welcome guys to a Monthly Banner Contest!

Gonna give you guys a pulse of life by making this contest. Since this is February, we're going to base the topic on: love. Valentines Day is coming up so whether you're in a blooming relationship, a fantasy, or heartbroken, let your feelings pour out in this contest. It doesn't necessarily have to be a relationship between lovers, it can be a love between friends, family, your pets, etc!

Deadline for submitting an entry is February 25th. That's when the contest will end and no entry is accepted afterwards.

What your entry will be judged on:
- Use of resources + image(s).
- Creativity
- Composition + color.
- Overall appeal.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Your banner must have a maximum size of 150000 pixels. Anything under it is accepted.
2. The banner must be related to the concept of love.
3. Animation is not allowed.
4. You can only submit ONE entry. If you wish to change or edit your entry, you can only do it once.
5. Entries can be made with any program you're comfortable with. (Photoshop, GIMP, MS Paint, etc)
6. You can use as many pictures as you like and they can be from anything. Anime, cartoons, celebrities, real life, pictures you've drawn, etc.
7. There will be 4 judges deciding the winners based on the requirements above.
8. Prizes will be given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners!
9. Remember the contest ends February 25th.
