help getting my pokedex 3D pro

Hey guys hoping you could help me out.
I bought a 3ds recently, and on the box it says free pokdex 3D pro.
My problem is I have no idea how to get it.
Any help?

Why don't you e-mail Nintendo instead of asking some random people on the internet, who will have no idea what you are asking.

Furthermore could it be possible that the box is actually referring to the pokédex 3D, which was free until Nintendo replace it with the Pokédex 3D pro which you have to pay for.

You may have misread the Sticker. There are TWO "games" called PokeDex 3d. The Old "Free" Pokédex 3d, and the newer Pokédex Pro 3d that costs $14.99/€14.99/£13.49. If the Logo "silver" it's the older Pokédex 3d, which is no longer available.

If it said Pokédex Pro 3d, there should be a card in the Box which says Pokédex 3d Pro and it should have a code on it, usually under a scratch off panel.

If your 3DS is second hand, head to the 3DS shop, Scroll the top row to the left most item "Settings/Other" then under History, there is a button "Titles You've Downloaded." PokéDex 3d could be there. You need the 3DS working with the internet and patched up to date if you want to use the eShop.

I forgot to mention that you have to use the eShop on the 3ds for to "purchase" any download title.
