The roserade i sent over to my friend to be EV wiped cause it had random evs, but he hasn't been on in a while so I don't know the move set at the top of my head

But ninetales is 252 sp attack/ 252 speed/ 4 hp with flamethrower/wilo wisp/solorbeam and nasty plot. So no Hex <.>... Is you go to Kilted trainer and miss wolverams shop they have a drought hex vulpix.
