Rate my Black 2 Team

This is a team I'm going to be breeding for in-game not competitive. I'm open to suggestions on Natures, EV's, and Moves were it's needed. I currently haven't planned on what items I want them to hold so any suggestions for that too would be appreciated.

Might be worth considering doing wish eevee's, as personally i'd use wish over acid armor/calm mind. Although these are your "only" boosting moves.

would also consider coil on eelektross. I'm not sure it "really" needs u-turn as it has no weaknesses.
Generally with those EV's with Scrafty, you grab bulk up as a way to increase physical defenses and increase damage.

I'm not sure on Dragon Tail for Flygon simply because phazing the opponent doesn't seem to have that much value. It's nice for something like Serperior that often can't deal with threats due to it's small movepool, but Flygon's movepool is excellent and you don't have any entry hazards so all you get is a little damage and a switched opponent(and you probably get damaged yourself as you go last). Try Fire Punch/Blast to handle floating Steel types or maybe U-turn.

I second Wish, on Vaporeon in particular. Only problem is that it's an egg move.

Bulk Up > Brick Break on Scrafty. You don't need another, much weaker fighting STAB.

Changing Acid Armor and Clam Mind with Wish is alright, only reason why I have Acid Armor is to make Vaporeon more bulky and Clam Mind to boost Espeon's Sp Atk/Sp Def.
An just to be clear, your saying to remove Brick Break and replace it with Bulk Up correct.

Personally, for in game purposes, i would use drain punch/brick break for higher pp. The extra power will generally not be needed, if it is, use bulk up a few times and heal with a hyper potion.
I also never use toxic, easier to just use attacking moves.
I think a second look at coil is worthwhile for eelektross.
