Welcome to all, I am Blues. the owner of the Ice League along with Dragonicwari and Ryan7437.
We welcome all members to challenge the league if they believe they are skilled enough to take on and master all Pokemon types against some of the most skilled members on Serebii. Iwill be taking part in the league as a gym leader, and I look forward to your challenge, and best of luck to all.
Guidlines and General Rules
1. Follow ALL SPPF Rules and Forum Rules.
2. No trolling/flaming.
3. First Ban is for three days, Second Ban is for One Week, Third Ban is for Two weeks, and if you get banned a fourth time, you are banned forever!
4. Put the word "Amoonguss" in your post to prove you read the rules.
5. No swearing whatsoever.
7. Please do not beg for me to accept your request, I will do it, be patient!
8. You cannot challenge a gym within 24 hours of losing against one.
9. Please post AT LEAST 4 sentences in each of your posts.
10. You cannot challenge an E4 member within 72 hours of losing.

Rules vs. Gym Leaders
1. You must wait 24 hours before challenging the same gym after a loss (You may still challenge other gyms).
2. You may NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES counterteam: It's goes against the commutative spirit of the league. Play with integrity and respect for each other.
3. Post all results within 5 hours of posting or it will not be counted.
4. Must follow the certain notes.
5. Post the word "Abra" if you read this section.
6. Any RageQuit's will result in a loss for that round in best out of 3.
7. Any Pokémon found to be hacked will result in a permaban (Applies to Wi-fi battles only).
8. Do not start a battle without being able to complete the best out of 3 challenge at one time.
9. All Gym Leaders are allowed to ban one (1) move in their gym. That gym leader's chosen move will be prohibited from being used by his/her challengers; however, the gym leaders are allowed to use the move that they choose to ban. This may seem unfair, but it is the ONLY handicap placed on the challengers.
NOTE:
The Champion cannot and will not accept challenges if challengers don't have at least 8 badges and wins from all of the Elite Four.

That's a weird rule for a league. I feel like team members will be leaked from this and for e leaders to change teams kinda often. Also I'm gonna forget it soon

just a short question. are/ do we have to use smogen's rules. i need to know so I can change my tornadus therian forme and my thundurus out my team. i would love it if we didn't use smogen's rules and just said you can use any pokemon you can enter in the battle subway. also If i can pick a banned move for my gym, it would be gravity. thanks for your time ryan7437
